Return Policy

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the original date or purchase. Items that are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking charge. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the return. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. skates), you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Some restrictions may apply.

  • All products sold by TSR Hockey are new, first quality products with full factory warranties unless otherwise stated. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items! 
  • All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items

*Items not eligible for Returns or Exchanges: Sharpened Skates, Jocks and Undergarments, Custom or Special Orders, Customized Products, and Clearance Items marked as Final Sale.

How to Return Items:

Call 1 603 898 7777 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. 
IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused!

  • Return the item with its original packaging to: Returns Dept.

Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on manufacturer’s original packaging. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Skate Box or Shoe Box as your shipping box. We Will Not Accept Returns with Shipping Labels Attached Directly To Product Packaging



We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time; therefore, will gladly exchange or credit your timely return of unworn merchandise when it is presented in salable condition with the original vendor packaging and tags. We cannot exchange or credit customized or personalized items. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions! 



We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned within 14 days of delivery; after this all other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping.

*We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee.
